How to Use This Form

Thank you for filling out the Swag form! Here’s how it works:
  1. Basic Info: Start by entering your basic information, such as your name and email, to ensure we have the right details for processing.
  2. Work Anniversary: Select the date when you started working at The Advocates. Based on how many years you’ve been with the firm, the system will calculate your points—100 points per year.
  3. Swag Selection: After entering your start date, your points will be automatically calculated, and the form will display the swag items available to you based on your points.
  4. Submission: Once you’ve made your selections, submit the form. This will be sent directly to the Swag Team, who will handle the redemption process and finalize everything for you.
